个人简介
孙恒达,澳门十大赌博正规官网特聘研究员,博士生导师。主要从事半导体材料和器件的研究,截至2021年共发表SCI论文30余篇,包括Nature Materials, Nature Nanotechnology, Advanced Materials等,被引1700余次。课题组研究方向具有材料、物化、电子信息等多学科交叉特点,对员工背景要求不拘一格,注重个人的全面发展与价值实现,欢迎对科研有兴趣的硕博研究生加入。
